I see no useful tricks.
One trick that everybody noticed today: When both SPX and VIX closed green on the same day, the next day tends to close in red. But so far this trick worked 54% times only recently, apparently not a good odd to bet on. (See red vertical lines, dashed means successful in predicting a red close the next day while solid means a failed forecast, so in total, 7 out 13 times the trick worked which is 54%.)
I have another trick about CPC closed LESS THAN 0.8 for predicting a green day next day, but unfortunately, CPC closed right at 0.8 today, which so far I don’t see any edges in predicting the next day, so again not a good odd to bet on.
