06/09/2009 After Bell Quick Summary

I see a good chance QQQQ may pullback tomorrow.

VIX was down more than 5% while SPX was up less than 0.5% today, an interesting post about this is here: http://sentimentrader.blogspot.com/2009/06/watch-out-for-rocks-below.html

  1. What do you think of the triple doji stars on the dow jones index in the last 3 days? Isn't that considered as a bearish signal to have at a major uptrend? Is this uptrend finally going to pullback?

My indicators are showing that we're really close to ending this bear market and plunging into a bull market if we continue up further. This is not what I had expected at all, at least not this soon.

  2. Yeah, just noticed, 3 Doji on INDU does look bearish to me.

  3. Cobra,

The reason VIX cliff dived was because couple of days ago when it was skyrocketing, SPX did not come down much...I do expect such phenomenon will lead to a climatic rise in the next few days. The observation for the week following of course will be a downer of a week.

  4. Cobra,

I meant a climatic rise in the market. Let's see if this will be realised.
